Do you offer combined shipping rates for multiple item purchases?
Yes, if a customer wishes to purchase multiple items, you may email prior to making a purchase commitment for a combined rate, and we can invoice through Google checkout; OR, simply complete the purchase transaction, and we will issue a refund of the variance in postal charges.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Currently, we ship to Australia, Canada, the British Isles, most of Northern Europe, Japan, and New Zealand. Customers in locales not listed: please write for shipping estimates prior to making a purchase commitment. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis; however, we will not under any circumstance ship to Italy or any country experiencing political or civil unrest, or recovering from a natural disaster, as delivery cannot be guaranteed under these circumstances. Please be patient with us as we revise our rate tables to reflect these changes.

How is the available quantity of an item determined?
For vintage items, and some 'one-off' lots of new items, the quantity is often listed in the ad desription - e.g. plates, glasses, etc. Please email for available quantities of new items - we access these totals via inventory control.
